We are experienced school leaders who have interviewed, literally, hundreds of candidates over the years both at Primary and Secondary level. Just as importantly we have been advisers to individual recruiters and interview panels in various schools.
We offer a bespoke, confidential service. It is available at any time, whether your job needs are immediate or you are preparing thoroughly for your future career. Past clients have included all levels, from teacher training applicants to Headteachers.

Our reputation is important to us. We only take on a select number of clients at any one time. All our clients are, demonstrably, at least good (or potentially good) classroom practitioners. You must convince us that we can work with you and that you are going for the appropriate job/promotion. (e.g. would your application be backed by your Headteacher/ Subject Leader/ Training Principal/Governors?).

Details about your current/recent experience (with specific examples)
Your approach to teaching/ learning/ classroom management (examples of pupil progress/outcomes?) and (for middle leaders and above) approaches to team leadership
Other relevant achievements/training (with specific examples of how this has impacted on your performance or that of your classes/colleagues).
